I took the concealed weapon permit & gun safety course with Instructor David von Matt. I was comfortable and engaged for the entire class. I left feeling more safe and with great confidence in myself around a firearm I hadn't had previously. If you think you already know the subject matter you will be surprised. This class was very thorough while never boring. Very professional. A+!!

Took the gun safety/concealed permit course this past Saturday. Conveniently located. Very educational, informational and helpful. The instructor (David von Matt) was excellent--covered a lot of material in a serious but also friendly way with a sense of humor. The time just flew by. Definitely recommend!!

I have taken two courses with David Von Matt- the shotgun glass and the concealed weapon permit class. David Von Matt is an excellent instructor.
His experience and knowledge is incredible. He is able to communicate life saving information in a way that makes it fun and easy to remember. I received my concealed carry certification from miami gun classes. There is a difference between those that are knowledgeable and those that can teach that knowledge to novices. My instructor, David, was one hell of an educator. He was excellent at communicating the information in a way one could never forget. You can tell he takes a great deal of pride when it comes to educating, especially pertaining to gun safety. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to increase their knowledge in gun safety and operation.

Excellent job! David Von Matt isn't only well educated and knowledgable when it comes to the course study, but he is funny and entertaining. I recommend this course over all others. They make the whole process simple too!

Upon entering Miami Gun class as a novice, I left feeling more at ease and yearning to take another course on fire arms with the instructor, David. He is well-versed in the course content, attentive, and an exquisite teacher. I felt extremely comfortable and left the class knowing more information than I initially intended to learn. The concealed carry class is great. The instructor, David, is highly knowledgeable and was very patient answering questions. I have handled firearms before and still found the class to be extremely informative. I have already recommended the class to several friends and family members - it's definitely worth it.
